    Yes! Our scanning solution can be used via any mobile device that has internet access and a camera.
  • How can I create and set up events using your ticketing software?
    Each event organiser will have a user account to our CrowdServe Organiser platform. In the platform you can set up and publish your event anytime, anywhere you have an internet connection.
  • Can I access real-time ticket sales data and analytics?
    You can do so via the Dashboard feature on our Organiser platform! Each event will have a specific dashboard with the data and analytics your team needs to make decisions quickly.
  • Can I track and manage attendee information?
    Yes! In our organiser Platform you'll be able to view information about your attendees.
  • Can I set different ticket prices or offer discounts?
    Yes you can! Depending on the plan you have, you are able to create up to 5 different ticket types and 8 discounts for your event.
  • Is there a mobile app for ticket buyers to access their tickets?
    Yes! Attendees can access their tickets either from the CrowdServe mobile app or the online platform
  • What are the fees or charges associated with using the ticketing software?
    The fees depend on which plan you are on! You can reach out to our events team at to discuss which plan is most suitable for you!
  • How do I handle ticket transfers or name changes?
    We will support ticket transfers in the near future, but for now this is not supported on our system. If you wish to resell your ticket, you may do so on our Secondary Market via our mobile application.
  • Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can sell for an event?
    There is no limit to the number of tickets, as long as your event space allows it.
  • How are tickets delivered to customers?
    Tickets are delivered to customers via their CrowdServe account. Users will need to register for an account and find their ticket under “My Tickets”.
  • What payment options are available for ticket buyers?
    Currently, buyers are able to pay via Visa, Mastercard and PayNow for Singaporean bank account holders.
  • What customer support options are available?
    The CrowdServe team will be rendering customer support for users via email. Users can reach out to for any issues they have. For organisers on our premium plan. A member of the CrowdServe team will be there to help with any technical issues.
  • How do I purchase tickets for an event?
    Head over to one of our events page here or the CrowdServe app on your mobile devices to view and purchase all the upcoming events.
  • Can I buy group tickets for large parties or corporate events?
    Bundle tickets are subject to the event organiser’s discretion.
  • How can I contact customer support if I have any issues with my tickets?
    You may contact us at and our team will assist you with your inquiry.
  • Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets if I can't attend the event?
    All tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable from CrowdServe and are subjected to approval by event organisers. You may contact us at our team will liaise with the event organiser to facilitate the request.
  • Can I transfer or resell my tickets to someone else?
    Yes, you can sell or transfer your ticket if you had purchased it. However complimentary tickets are non-transferable or sellable on the secondary market if they have not been used.
  • Are there age restrictions for certain events?
    Age restrictions are subjected to the type or location of the event and/or subjected to the event organiser.
  • I haven’t received my ticket yet, what do I do?
    If you have yet to check your spam folder, kindly head over to check. If it did not land in your spam folder too, you may contact us at our team will assist you on it.
  • How do I find information about upcoming events?
    Head over here or the marketplace on the CrowdServe app to view all upcoming events.
  • Are there any additional fees or charges added to the ticket price?
    There is a 5% ticketing fee charged to the ticket prices but are subjected to whether the event organiser had absorbed the fee. Final prices of the tickets will be shown at checkout.
  • Can I buy tickets for events that are already sold out?
    You may check on our secondary marketplace for ticket that are sold out on the primary marketplace.
  • Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase for an event?
    The number of tickets you can purchase depends on the availability of the tickets for the event.
  • How do I receive my tickets after purchase?
    You will receive an email with a link that directs you to your ticket. Alternatively, log into your CrowdServe account or create an account with the same email address you purchased the tickets and go to ‘My Tickets’ to access your tickets.
  • Is there a mobile app available for purchasing and managing tickets?
    Yes, kindly head over to the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store to download the app to gain full access to manage your tickets.
  • What should I do if I accidentally delete or lose my tickets?
    You may contact us at and our team will assist you to locate or retrieve your ticket in your account.
  • Are there any restrictions on ticket resale or scalping?
    Pricing of ticket resale or scalping are subject to the event organiser’s discretion.
  • What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?
    In the event that the event was cancelled or postponed, the event organiser will reach out to facilitate the refund if payment was done.
